The service
A booking is for one place in a live, 60-minute online group education session, together with the session materials described at checkout. The displayed price includes all applicable charges unless the booking page clearly states otherwise. Your booking is confirmed when payment is accepted and you receive written confirmation by email.
Education, not individual care
The session provides general information about menopause and treatment approaches. It is not a medical consultation and does not include an individual assessment, diagnosis, prescription or personalised treatment recommendation. Attendance does not create a pharmacist-patient relationship. For individual advice, speak to your GP or another appropriate healthcare professional. Contact NHS 111 for urgent medical help or call 999 in an emergency.
Cancelling or moving your place
You may cancel for a full refund, or move once to another available date, by contacting Chérie Vitalité at least 48 hours before the session starts. Places cancelled later than this, missed sessions and late arrival are not normally refundable because the reserved place may not be filled. We will consider exceptional circumstances fairly. These terms do not affect your statutory consumer rights, including any cancellation right that applies to your online purchase.
If Chérie Vitalité changes or cancels a session
If a session cannot go ahead, you may choose an available replacement date or receive a full refund. Chérie Vitalité is not responsible for reasonable losses beyond the amount paid for the affected booking.
Joining and accessibility
Joining instructions and the UK start time are sent to the email used when booking. You are responsible for a suitable device and internet connection. Contact us before booking if you need an accessibility adjustment so we can confirm what can reasonably be provided.
Group conduct and privacy
Cameras are optional. Sessions are not recorded. You must not record, photograph or take screenshots, share another attendee’s identity or comments, or behave in a way that disrupts or harms the group. Questions should remain general and should not include identifiable medical details. A participant may be removed for serious or repeated breaches without a refund.
Concerns and complaints
Please use the contact page and include “Complaint” in the subject. Receipt will be acknowledged within five working days, and Chérie Vitalité will aim to provide a considered response within 20 working days.
